With more than 30 years of retailing experience and an outstanding record of accomplishments spanning major multi-channel retail organizations, Lisa Rosenbaum is a proven leader who has a customer-centric mindset and a passion for new ideas. She has consistently delivered on her ability to identify emerging opportunities in the marketplace, driving customer growth, increased revenue and profitability.
Currently, Lisa leads the merchandising effort at HSN for footwear, handbags, accessories and intimate apparel. She and her team of 15 are responsible for the concept, development, procurement and execution of all products in those categories and delivering more than $150 million in sales. Lisa was also recently named to lead a new destination programming effort at HSN — the Connected Life: Where Technology + Meaning = A Connected Life — which launches this month.
Prior to joining HSN, Lisa held several key executive positions, including Vice President of Merchandising at Shoe Carnival Inc., Executive Vice President at Benchmark Brands Inc., Division President at Crosstown Traders Inc., and Director of Merchandising at Victoria’s Secret Catalog.
A strong proponent of the power of mentoring, Lisa participates in the Two Ten Footwear Foundation Mentoring Program, which provides women who have varying levels of experience in the industry the opportunity to connect with seasoned professionals and seek advice on professional and personal goals.

James Murray has more than a decade of experience in high fashion. Mentored by some of the industry’s most recognized corporate and social influencers, he has held positions at Gucci and Versace, as well as at public relations and sales powerhouses LaForce & Stevens Agency and Showroom Seven/Seventh House PR.
Throughout his career James has developed relationships with magazine editors, buyers, stylists, celebrities, the media, and social influencers, and has collaborated with a wide range of clients, from up-and-coming designers to fashion empires.
An internship at Versace was James’s key to getting his foot in the door. Within two months, Versace put James on the payroll and gave him an official title. He then went on to secure a position as a Digital Marketing Assistant at Gucci and within two months was promoted to PR Account Manager.
After two years at Gucci, James was recruited by Seventh House PR for an Account Executive position. There he worked with Vogue, The New York Times, and other prominent publications. After being at Seventh House for over a year, James branched out on his own.
James started Supreme Public Relations with one client. Six months later he had six clients, interns, and an assistant. Today, Supreme PR continues its rapid growth, representing a range of talented and up-and-coming influencers and designers.

Kristi Sloe is a product strategist and innovator who partners with Chief Marketing Officers, Marketing Vice Presidents, and Research & Development leads to develop strong innovation funnels that support brand platforms. She has spent more than 20 years in the beauty industry, working with both multimillion-dollar corporations and smaller independent brands.
Currently, Kristi is the Vice President of Nail Innovation for Coty Worldwide and Vice President of Product Development for Sally Hansen, where she manages the development for the leading nail brand in the United States, representing almost 400 million dollars in global net revenue, while also leading Nail Innovation for all Coty beauty brands through the Innovation Council.
Prior to joining Sally Hansen, Coty in 2015, Kristi led the Product Development Innovation Team for Avon Color — a two billion dollar business. She was also previously employed at Bliss World LLC, where she created a portfolio of face, body and beauty tools.
During her more than 10 years at L’Oreal Corporation, Kristi led product innovation for globally successful brands such as Kiehl’s Since 1851, Maybelline, and L’Oreal Paris. Kristi started her product development career at Gryphon Development, the development house for the Limited Brands. She was the Valedictorian of LIM College’s Class of 1996 and is a member of Cosmetic Executive Women.
